Forgepoint Marine provides marine industrial parts distribution and on-demand manufacturing services. Our website allows you to browse our capabilities, request quotes, submit manufacturing inquiries, and contact our team.

3. Quote Requests & Orders

Quote requests submitted through our website are requests for pricing information only and do not constitute a binding order. All quotes provided by Forgepoint Marine are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. A binding agreement is formed only upon our written acceptance of your purchase order.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified in individual quotes and purchase agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due net 30 days from invoice date for approved accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Forgepoint Marine LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Technical drawings, specifications, and other files you submit remain your intellectual property. By uploading files, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of providing quotes and fulfilling manufacturing orders.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all customer-submitted technical data, drawings, and specifications as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., sharing specifications with manufacturing partners), and only under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

7. Warranty & Returns

All parts and manufactured items are warranted to conform to agreed-upon specifications at the time of delivery. Claims for defective or non-conforming goods must be made in writing within 30 days of receipt. Our liability is limited to replacement of the defective goods or a refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forgepoint Marine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms and estimated delivery dates will be specified in individual quotes. Unless otherwise agreed, all shipments are FOB origin. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Forgepoint Marine is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Diego County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
